Brenda has experience in retail as she owned & operated a seasonal tourist gift shop featuring hand-crafted goods. This provided a great testing ground for what sells, what the customers wants are as well as what a retailer needs. So, she knows the concerns and life in the retail business - the obstacles & recipes for success.
